Hope Everyone's enjoying their long weekend. I know I am.
Spent Saturday afternoon in Garden Grove with my mates at the Strawberry Festival. We performed three sets of originals and covers. I would have to say we were very well received. Kind of like the Pied Piper. When the music started, the people flocked to us. It was a very enjoyable afternoon. The sunshine, cool breeze, people dancing and strawberry shortcake. Who could ask for more?
Andy's guitar playing, as always, was phenomenal. Steve's bass playing and vocals, great. And John's drumming, spot on. Thanks guys.
I do find it interesting, that more and more younger people are finding their way to our music. Recently, most of the CD's I've been selling, have been to the 16-24 year-old population. I'm digging it!
